We want you to be delighted with your Keedo purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied you may return part or all of your order at anytime within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All we ask is that you send your order back to us unused and with all original tags.
For all returns - except where the item is faulty - you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us.
If you prefer we will arrange collection from you - the cost of which will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund due to you. We will only refund cost of postage where the item is faulty.
To return goods to us please complete the return section on your invoice and clearly mark if you require an exchange or refund. Please pack items in original packaging if possible. You will find a return address label at the bottom of your invoice for your convenience. We strongly recommend that you use a "signed for" service as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
